funeral.link is operated by Funeral Link LLC (5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731) — the platform behind a small family of death-tech products, including FuneralGuestbook.app and FuneralBiography.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this site (funeral.link). Each product has its own privacy policy covering the information collected through that product.
When you contact us — through the contact form or the chat — we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, funeral home, and your message. We also collect basic, technical usage and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the site. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site.
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to follow up with you about our products and possible partnership, and to operate, improve, and secure the site. That's it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising or tracking.

This site is intended for funeral professionals and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's information here.
Information collected through our products — for example, guest contact details captured by FuneralGuestbook.app — is governed by that product's own privacy policy, not this one. This policy covers only the funeral.link site.
